Running Week #5; Workout #3 Repeated


I skipped a day again!
Kinda liking to repeat weeks though.
It doesn't make my knee and hips hurt if I am able to rest for 4 days.
I hate going to the doctor (yes, and I am a nurse), so I will gladly rest my legs instead of making an appointment with my doctor to discuss my discomfort.

I am so impressed that you write out your workouts and follow them. I so need to start doing this!
